I'm excited. I'm meeting a lady on Thursday to buy a lens I've been shopping online for, but don't have the patience to wait for shipping. And if I get it from her, it'll be like 30 bucks cheaper than buying it online -- just means no warranty or anything.

I'm getting the Canon EF 55mm F/1.8 II, and I've read rave reviews about it and I think it can really up the anty on my photography better than the old standard kit lens.

So here's hoping I'll take better, more pictures in the future Especially with the Japanese students coming up!
